This past weekend, my brilliant co-author Riley Hunt poured her heart into a whirlwind three-day signing event—sitting on panels about dark romance, connecting with readers, and (most exciting of all!) attending an award ceremony we’ll never forget.

While I couldn’t be there in person, Riley stood on our behalf to accept an incredible honor: Cursed by a Siren’s Kiss was awarded Imadjinn’s Best Fantasy Novel of 2025.
I'm still reeling. To see our twisted, sea-soaked tale celebrated like this means everything. And to share this moment with my best friend and co-author makes it even more surreal.
I’m endlessly grateful for the partnership Riley and I have built. Co-writing with her is magic, chaos, and joy all rolled into one. How incredible that our very first writing award is something we earned together?
And of course, none of this would be possible without you. Thank you to every reader who dove into our world, rooted for our monsters, and whispered about our cursed lovers. From the bottom of our hearts, and the depths of the sea, thank you.
Here’s to many more stories,
